I collaborated on an ongoing residential revitalization project focused on updating materials, finishes, and functionality within an existing structure. The work includes repainting, wallpaper removal, replastering, selective structural adjustments such as widening a doorway, electrical updates, fireplace restoration, bathroom makeovers, and installation of a fan ventilation system. Executed incrementally alongside full-time work and within personal time and budget constraints, the project reflects hands-on experience with material behavior, sequencing, and adaptive problem-solving.
